SURVIVOR 41: Draft Night

PREVIOUSLY ON....SURVIVOR.

The Season 41 Vukelulu Survivor Fantasy League submitted their rankings for the draft and most of our original fantasy league players from last season are back! The greatest news is our league has more than tripled in size! (Pretty much the entire cast of our Quarantine Survivor will be competing! Welcome Vicky, Drew, Jim, Maggie & Amy!) ...And we got a lot of other really fun members that are sure to shake up these stats (Hi Fragales! Hi Strega group chat! Hi cousin Lori! Hi Rob - which btw you all HAVE to see this man's buff collection!)

Sunday night, your Tribemasters, Liv + Brian did a live draft of all 35 members in the league:

Based on our VUKELULU tribe's #1-16 rankings, here is our collective boot order (yes, people ranked Eric Abraham and Sara Wilson):

• With a total of 175 castaways drafted, 86 were men and 89 were women.

• The most popular draft pick this season was Xander Hastings (average ranking of #4), followed by Shantel Smith (average ranking of 5.02). Both contestants were fully drafted before the third round of picks started.

• Other popular draft picks this season were Westchester homie Evvie Jagooda (average ranking of 6.08), former NFL star Danny McCray (average ranking of 5.2) and grocery clerk Genie Chen (average ranking of 7.34)

• Xander Hastings (drafted number one 9 times), Shantel Smith (drafted number one 7 times) and Evvie Jagooda (drafted number one 6 times) were so popular that the three of them alone accounted for 63% of your first draft picks.

• The contestants you did NOT want on your team were Jarius (JD) Robinson, who received the most #16 rankings (6 times) and Naseer Muttalif, who was drafted to only 8 tribes. .....These stats of course discount Sara Wilson (still ranked twice, drafted once) and Eric Abraham (still ranked three times, drafted twice), even though they were eliminated in episode one.

• Our most middling picks? Liana Walace and Sydney Segal were placed on more than half of the league's rankings at numbers 9-13. Liana also happened to be the last person to be first drafted on anyone's tribe (but surprisingly was the 8th contestant to be fully drafted).

• And what's a good Survivor season without our polarizing villainous characters?! It seemed like Vukelulu got a villainous read from Ricard Foyé as he was almost exclusively ranked in either the top 5 OR bottom 5 of everyone's ballots.
