I'm sorry that I've gotten so behind on writing recaps...Yes, life. But the reality is I just really can't formulate/draft up my thoughts on this:

And apparently this whole scene wasn’t even real!!! The fish was anchored to the ocean floor. I just…
And because this is now officially the lowest-rated episode of Survivor ever on IMDb, production is allegedly scrambling to re-edit future episodes (namely the Mr. Beast feature) lolol.
So, in order to just keep things moving, that’s all I’m going to say.
For Episode 5, we were really pushed this Rizo vs. Charlie narrative, and it ended up being one of the most satisfying boots for me personally. I just think (kind of like how Joe has been playing this season) it’s frustrating to watch returning players come into Season 50 carrying the baggage of their previous season and letting that define how they play this one (which is filled with totally different players and scenarios). It only solidified my feelings on why Charlie isn’t a personal fave of mine.
VUKELULU League Updates...
Both of these episodes were fairly mild in point scoring, particularly episode 5. Rizo had pretty monumental back-to-back episodes.
Having contestants score -5 points when they sit out from challenges has really added a nice twist to the scoring IMO, because it has caused some players to score negative episode tallies (like Kamilla and Rick for episode 5).
With Mike's and Angelina's boot, no one lost their sole; however, Charlie did a lot of damage: Christie, Connor W, Joyce, Laura, Paul, Robbie, and Tiffany all lost their sole this week...sorry for you.

Since Episode 5 was particularly low-scoring we didn't see all too many jumps...but again, it's still anyone's game!
