S49 Pause - We Will Be Back!

Hey everyone!

We’re sorry this post is arriving so last minute, but we owe you an update! We’ve decided to take a break from running the league for Season 49. Now you might be asking yourself...

Well, this league was born out of wanting to continue the fun that came out of watching Survivor with our people. In turn, VUKELULU has grown larger and more elaborate than we could have ever expected, but that growth has made it a larger commitment. Hours are put in each week towards our blogs, our videos, scoring, and creating thoughtful challenges. Last season was especially tough on our schedules and it’s making us reassess the sustainability of how to keep this league fun for all, including us! (Plus with all the spoilers floating around for this season, it would be tough to run VUKELULU fairly.)

We hope to bring it all back for Season 50 next winter which will be extra exciting as the first returnee season in six years!

In the meantime, we’ll still send out the final tallies and announce the winner and charity from Season 48 later this week!
